Most System Support contracts specify, what will be supported at the inception i.e. number of servers and client machines and if you add equipment the contract has to be changed, not us, if you expand your system, no problem, the contract stands. You are paying for our time and expertise, how you utilise that is up to you, if you would like us to clean every PC in the building, or check your asset register against the actual equipment, we will do it. Just consider us your own IT Team, we can assure you we will consider your system as if it were our own.
You may be thinking, they can’t know everything, we’re sorry to tell you you’re right. No one knows everything in this industry, it moves to fast to keep up with everything, anyone who says they do is sadly mistaken or lying. All we can tell you is 20 years experience gives us a huge contact base in the industry, we may not know it, but we most likely know someone who does and we’re not shy about asking, if required we are happy to arrange for you to be put in direct contact with the respective person/organisation, you again benefit, you get the respective expertise without the middleman taking his cut.
