About: Owen
While Owen, like Paul is still relatively young, his expertise exceeds his years. Owen & Paul were at school and college together, and were following what you could call mirrored paths, but didn’t have quite the same enthusiasm for the subject.
Even when Owen joined the same Telecom’s/IT Support organisation as Paul, he still didn’t have the enthusiasm and without someone to take him under their wing, he faltered.
On leaving the company that Barry & Paul both worked in, Owen bounced around several menial jobs, finally returning to the IT Industry as a Desktop Support Technician, applying his previously gained knowledge, he quickly passed his first Microsoft exam, which renewed his enthusiasm.
Having moved around several larger support organisations, supporting Large Clients, gaining further experience and knowledge, Owen is now ready for the challenges of the SME Support Market.
Now a shareholder of UK Computing Limited, Owen can apply his gained knowledge to the support of our client’s users.
